The Twin Prime gaps (2,4,6 …) are bounded by max. 70,000, (min.2.)

Terence Tao mobilised the Internet community ‘Polymath Project’, using Zhang’s Sieve Method, reduce 70,000 to (hopefully) 16.

For overseas or local students living in hostel, use the minimum cookware: a (normal) rice cooker; also don’t need a full chicken if only for 1 or 2 persons, just the best part of chicken: chicken thighs (鸡腿).

Note1 : To immediately cool the cooked chicken for a ‘QQ’ (tender, al dente) meat, use ice water better than running water.

Note 2: For more fragrant rice (but less healthy), use little chicken fat (from the chicken backside) to fry the rice together with ginger, garlic etc.

写的字和读音不同, 中英日韩越南皆有:

1) 英文中借自拉丁语:
♢ “etc. (et cetera)”常被读作“and so on”或“and so forth”、

♢ “i.e. (id est)”读作“that is”

2) 闽南语为汉语方言中训读使用率最高的语言。闽南语歌谣的歌词中，因不知训读而无法阅读的情况较多。

到 – 训 kau3，音 tau3，to3
此 – 训 chit4，音 chhu2
飮 – 训 lim5，音 im2（教育部推荐用字作“啉”）
有别的本字
香 – 训 phang1，音 hiang1，hiong1，hiuN1 （本字为“芳”）
勿 – 训 mai3，音 but8　（本字为“莫”与“爱”的合音）

3) 韩语 口诀 : 类似日文的片假名 (Katakana), 取汉字的偏旁字根代表音。

Part 1: (English) Preparation & Preservation :
♢ How to cut duck legs, duck breast
♢ Season duck legs (1 to 2 days before, store in fridge) with herbs, salts, etc.

Part 2: (French) Cook the Duck Confit

♢ Oven 120C for 2 1/2 hours.
♢ In a saucepan Sauté 2 mins the duck skin to golden brown & crispy.

3) Main Dish (English): Duck Confit Salad

中文(日文, 韩文… 象形文字 Pictogram ) 和 洋文(英文, 法文, 德文…Alphabetical )用不同部分的 左(洋文) / 右(中文)脑。

这老太太的中风病症是右脑受创, 失去中文能力, 左脑无损, 所以还会说英语 (她是30年的英语老师)。

第二年新年再访, 董事局找不到任何老臣子有改革创新的能力, 又推荐 Nobuyuki Idei。恰好那天是讲”英语日”, 用的是左脑逻辑思维, 讲究人才的实力和远见, 不感情用事(右脑主管), 就拍板OK。 Nobuyuki Idei 把Sony从Audio/TV 转向IT产业: Robotics, Laptop Vaio, Smartphone, Play Station PS4…
