1. 炒菜过久, 菜苦涩。
2 热锅, 加1匙油,略微爆香蒜末。
3. 加一碗水倒入菜同时炒, 以水汽蒸熟菜叶。
4. 加少学盐, 快翻炒。
5. 沥干菜才上盘。
