足后跟有如”针刺”疼
♢川芎(xiong)磨成粉, 用薄薄小袋包, 置于脚后跟, 然后穿袜子固定。三天痊愈。

“寸劲”扭伤腰一侧: [17:40mins]
♢打喷嚏, “放屁掰腰”, 或低头洗脸盆刷牙漱口时, 突然”寸劲”来, “闪电”似扭伤腰
♢这时千万不要大幅度转腰扭动!
♢ 手提单扛吊式把脊椎拉直, 腰放松, 轻微抖动几下就可。

豆腐补钙最好, 但不要单吃: 和鸡蛋/坚果/动物食物 (Vitamin D 帮忙钙的吸收)。
