省錢省時煮三餐, 小心全家省出病 :

♢隔夜饭, 菜, 肉, 卤汤, 加热/重烤多天, 化学变化 (-HNO3), 致癌, 硬化血管, 细菌中毒。
♢最好不要超过一日, 加葱/蒜煮, 可减轻氧化胆固醇, 保护血管。
♢ 冰橱不保细菌不生。
