平常百姓也可吃到龙骨(肉骨茶)凤爪!

凤爪 Phoenix Claws = 鸡脚 Chicken Feet
♡ 养颜皮肤美容: 有丰富的胶原蛋白 (collagen) [¤ 和维他命C, E一起吃, 身体较易吸收]
♡ 低胆固醇, 不肥胖, 且软化血管
♡ 钙质(calcium)健骨, “吃脚补脚” — 阿公阿嫲最爱 ! 他们会骗阿孙们: “小孩吃了手会发抖, 写字不美呵。”

(1) &(2) 不愧是广东菜独步天下, 色香味俱佳!

(1) : 点心烹饪法。最好吃但步骤麻烦!
(2) : 年菜。准备功夫不很难。好看又好吃!
(3) : 台湾小吃。不用油炸, 最简单!

作好的凤爪放雪柜一晚, 隔天再蒸最QQ软嫰 (al dente) 好吃

(1). 广东点心: 豉汁凤爪

Note:
鼓gû : Drum壴旁
豉chî: Soy 豆旁

(2). 年菜”发财就手”: 蚝油凤爪

Notes:
(Good for ladies & old men: cheapest collagen food for beautiful facial skins and strong legs.)
¤ 3rd method (卤鸡脚) is simplest.
¤ Or buy 1st type (豉汁凤爪) from foodcourt / hawker dian-xing (点心)stall, or
¤ Buy 3rd type (卤鸡脚) from NTUC chicken/duck/pork cooked food stall.
